Y’all can trash AS3 and AS4 but at least they had that air of excitement and high stakes of an All Stars season. This one has been so uneventful and boring and forgettable. Literally only Juju, Cracker, Alexis, and Shea have stood out. And it’s not even the challenges, because an outstanding cast would have saved them. At least, at least DRC is slaying thus far. JRCF29 8,203 Posted July 12, 2020 Share Posted July 12, 2020 Some unsolicited thoughts on this season as we approach the finale: - Andrew Bryson is - JuJuBee deserves the win imo - Derrick annoys me but I like him 10x better than India - The extra special guest judges aren’t extra or special, for the most part - I still don’t “get” Miz Cracker - RuPaul made the new elimination method seem much more complicated than it’s actually been - Lip Sync songs have not been it so far - Drag Race needs a second-chance competition - Too many All-Stars seasons, not enough All-Stars Don't Call Me Gaga Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
pop ate my heart 2,865 Posted July 12, 2020 Share Posted July 12, 2020 Just watched the episode and I'm just gonna say (no hate to any queen) that I can't believe ALEXIS MFING MATEO went home over Blair, whom I genuinely don't remember one SINGLE thing she did in the entire season other than wearing a hot pink dress for the skin runway I'm fumingggg The girls really let India get in their head huh. Now next episode is so predictable. It's obvious who's going home in a stand-up comedy challenge If Alexis stayed, we would have NO idea who can win and who can go home as they can all be funny. Last week’s acting challenge was the worst episode in the history of the entire franchise. We’ll probably never hit the highs that UK and AS2 gave us, but I think AS5 has been fine. Sleepable, but not bad. Alexis going home was tragic. AS4 was hot garbage. Worse than S7. Better than S9. I don’t think Season 12 was bad but it kind of got gutted because of cat fishing and COVID, so it’s hard to judge. And Paula Abdul ain’t got [BLEEP] on me!
