If the queen who won the challenge wins the lipsync, they get to send the girl who's lipstick they had home, but if the lipsync assassin wins the lipsync; then the safe queens get to vote who out of the bottom queens should go home. If you want the complete list of the returning queens who're lipsyncing against the challenge winners then i can tell you because it's not too spoiler-y. Unless you'd rather be surprised.
