I mean come on listen to Poker Face vocals over Just Dance instrumental and vice versa. The songs are exactly the same, the way they're written, the way her voice sounds singing it. You can just listen to the instrumental and easily sing each song over it. They have the same rythem and melody.

There are definitely some similarities between JD and PF but I would say they sound like each other tbh.

I mean, I personally always thought she releases good singles but the album tracks are always diverse and sometimes more interesting than those.

Gaga is an album artist so that really doesn’t make any sense imo.

None of this is my opinion, read my post again. I'm stating this all on the general consensus her fans have of her discography. Not what me and individual fans think. I pointed out you all might have your opinion, but the general popular opinion is that her first singles and promo singles are the songs her fanbases enjoys and clings onto the most. Not my opinion, just an objective observation I witnessed with her fans.

Also, on topic, as the user above said, Gaga is an album artist. Her lead singles are never the best songs. That's a very Selena Gomez thing to do. However, I agree that the 2nd single is always GREAT (but from the leaks, I can tell it won't be the case this time lol)

From what I’ve seen, the fan favorites from each album are Dance In The Dark, Scheiße/Marry The Night, Venus/Sexxx Dreams, and Dancin’ In Circles. Venus was the only one that was released as a promo single before the album came out.

Also, everybody usually agrees that the leads for BTW and AP should’ve been different. I see most people say Marry The Night and either Venus or Aura should’ve been the leads for BTW and AP. As for Joanne, PI is definitely not a fan fave, and I think it’s a stretch to call MR one. I think everybody likes MR but I never really see any high praise for it.

Her fanbases disagrees with this. Why do I always see Bad Romance, Born This Way, Applause top any poll on her best songs?

This may be true but no one disagrees that they shouldn't have been singles.

Bad Romance is an exception. (and DITD often wins) 

I've never seen Born this Way or Applause win any of these polls lol

Born this Way is rarely in the top 3

Also her fanbase doesn't appreciate her ballads as much as her dance songs. But it's still considered the highlight of Joanne.

Bad Romance is the only lead single I feel was the strongest of the album and that only had 8 tracks with Dance In The Dark as the same level. 
 

Born This Way is cute but like Gaga said, that was the marijuana to the heroine of the album. There’s at least 10 songs that I’d put in my favorites list before the title track. 
 

Applause cute as well but very very basic for Gaga’s standards of course. Very accessible, even Gaga said it almost didn’t make the final cut, the label decided that was going to be the lead single.

I always think she could choose better lead singles. So I think there will be better on Chromatica. Perfect Illusion is not even indicative of the sound of Joanne or the theme. The only album that had a lead single that was related to the theme was Born This Way.

Honnestly I don't know why they released Applause as a single. But the album was not radio friendly at all so that's probably the reason. Born This Way had its message to back it up
