Low key exposing Gaga for being the reason for the delay...Interscope does have artists that allow continuing to release in new creative ways but clearly some are using the quarantine as an excuse to wanna just take a break amidst a new album rollout that was scheduled to be released a month ago with ZERO update on a release date, new promo plan, new single in over 2 months, NOTHING...

I'm sure Interscope is just as frustrated with her as some of us are...like she is holding her label and fans hostage...but finds the time to give speeches at a college about...let me guess...kindness

Yeah. I think the "not difficult" part was actually referring to the ability to keep creating music. I don't know what OP is insinuating cus Gaga's out of that phase already. Even if she wasnt, she has her own studio or could be mailed equipment. Could record an album on voice notes ffs. So, yes, not difficult.

The second half of the answer spells out the obvious roadblocks for promotion and audience interaction that exists for all artists now, incl Gaga. Like he said, now, more than ever, they need to really think outside the box for new solutions. That takes time to figure out and it's the phase we're in now: waiting, watching and problem-solving.
