Sorry to sound like an annoying know-it-all but she actually needs a big team for that: to have a good quality result on green screen you need to be in a studio with professional lighting (John Wayne's green screen scenes were basically her on the motorcycle and inside the car, aka with a lot of movement and changing lights), a full crew managing pro equipment (yeah, even for #shotoniphone), safety controls etc. Of course it depends on what the video or performance would focus on, but I don't think you want 3-5 minutes of Gaga standing still surrounded by digital cosmic ambients in one-take footage.
