 Stupid Love got an amazing rollout, had an AM video, YouTube promo, and was loved by radio programmers. It had an amazing first week promo wise - but the GP said no to the song. 

ROM was originally supposed to come 4 weeks later, and wouldn't probably have as good as rollout as the lead - because all the deals including the radio one would've been used on SL. 

Now there's no promo single, and SL was removed from radio, ROM can get everything SL got. I expect a big first week and this time GP may like the song

I lowkey get the impression she wants Gaga to do another album like Joanne and have ballads like Shallow/Always Remember Us This Way   unfortunately.  She was really digging Ariana x Justin... I don't know if she will like Chromatica tbh, it doesn't seem her type. And she didn't immediately connect with Stupid Love

I still don't know why the GP never really grasped the song...Did it sound too mainstream for them? Cause honestly, I thought SL was a perfect lead single, soncially. It sounded very "Gaga," but still mainstream enough to catch the GP's attention. 

I'd say that SL had a good rollout—certainly better than PI's—but I wouldn't say it had an "amazing" rollout. Sure, they released it before the world went to sh*t, but the pandemic still definitely had an effect on it. It affected the entire rollout of the album. She definitely lost a lot of opportunities to perform it and promote it more. It needed it.

I think ROM will definitely do better though. Based on the snippet, it already sounds like something you'd hear blasting on the radio. Plus, Ari's definitely going to help boost up streams. Also, now that she has all her promo planned out, she'll be able to more or less execute this era the way she intended.

Maybe... hopefully... promo single today along with the updated tracklists on all streaming platforms along with correct release date and track lengths

She will not release anything else for at least 4 years so when she finally does come back we will just eat up whatever she puts out.

She will shoot the Gucci movie next  year, does the award show circuit if she gets nominated, then goes into pregnancy mode, although the two may overlap.
