It's not a bad title, it's just that "Enigma" was in every fake tracklist ever, it was Chromatica's "White Rose" If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating. As a concept, Enigma and Chromatica are very similar. They're both about her traveling to another world/dimension trying to find peace, love, kindness, etc. They both have similar aesthetics (i.e. the whole dark, cyberpunk, futuristic technology thing) too. I think "Enigma" was the title track, and the name of the album, but then for whatever reason, she decided to make that the Vegas residency and have "Chromatica" be what the album was/is. This makes a lot of sense. I'm expecting Chromatica I, II and III are orchestral interludes (like the one in the SL video). So the whole Chromatica idea was probably an afterthought/epiphany she had, which led to the add-ons and re-branding. Get the pinot ready, because it's turtle time. The songs/lyrics that we know of all seem to mostly relate to her private life/her emotions (Stupid Love - about giving herself up to love, Rain on me - overcoming trauma, Free Woman - being okay single (I guess?) and something about her antipsychotic medication.) I wonder how can that tie in with the Chromatica concept or if really just was an afterthought that will add little to the album's message. Is she indeed ARTPOP's little sister?
