Because people are allowed to have opinions and simply don’t like it. Am I bashing Gaga? Am I annoyed she released it? Am I calling her names? No.

I 👏🏻 simply 👏🏻 am 👏🏻 not 👏🏻 a 👏🏻 fan 👏🏻 of 👏🏻 it 👏🏻

Maybe take your own advice then when Craig says he doesn't like a song or thinks HML is filler? :billie:

I never meltdown about people's opinions in here or argue, it's embarrassing.

I haven't even read any of your posts. No one has been arguing with you?

I was saying it's performance on iTunes is good seeing as people are making out its the worse song ever :rip: it's honestly not that deep

Stare at the Chartster in the mirror they talk to me too. #StreamFunTonight

The way Elton’s damn social media manager is putting more energy into this than Gaga I’m so ashame

So what you’re saying is that what she has planned in the next 2 weeks isn’t going to be enough?! I get (legitimately, not shady) worried when people in the know still criticize this promo roll-out. Blade seems to be pretty content with what they know she has planned.

Talking about remixes, I still can't get over the fact she asked legendary producers Giorgio Moroder and Stuart Price to make some random remixes for her and not working properly with them on some of her new music :enigma:

Dreaming of an album produced between Nile Rodgers, Stuart Price, Giorgio Moroder, Fernando Garibay and Mark Ronson now!.

Although I'd settle for a disco/electro rock mixtape by her produced by Justice tbf

I think she was working on it (replace Garibay by RedOne), but well you know what happened

You literally said you don’t understand what people’s issues are with the remix? And you’re not the first one. Same thing with Katy’s song. “Idk how people can’t like this or think it’s a flop.” It’s their opinion! It’s life. It’s funny how the people who don’t like the remix aren’t bashing those who do. But it’s the other way around and there’s constant musical lessons on the specifics of house music. You’re right / it’s not that deep. Some people just don’t like it, is my point.

And in reference to Cr*ig. I never engage in that discourse when he bashes the greatest pop album ever. I prefer my neurons to continue firing properly and have no time for that nonsense :huntyga:

Hybrid AT

I'll never recover from the fact that the holy trinity of pop bops (HM, HBF, WDYDT) from a film soundtrack designed to sound like generic, manufactured sh*t is actually bigger and better than some pop girls singles >>>>

She did THAT with that soundtrack and I better not see anyone discredit her work ever again like we saw a liddo here do it yesterday

REALITY

Ok but my point, respectfully, is that I PERSONALLY prefer the other remixes that still retain the core nature of the song and I’m not concerned with transforming a Gaga song into a house song and leaving about 10% of its lyrical content. That’s all

Again, if you don't like it. Okay, that's fine. I can't change that about you.

My point is that some of the critiques about the song make no sense. There are certain things that pertain specifically to house music: they are repetitive; they have no big, bombastic choruses; and they don't contain a typical song structure.

You can dislike the remix itself and say it's not as good as other remixes, but I think to complain about it being "bland," or complain about the lack of verses doesn't really make any sense.

Since physicals are printing on schedule and some record stores around the world are still open/doing curbside pick up and get/sell/leak releases earlier I’m 90% positive it will have the typical leak on release week like most sought after albums. Hopefully not though! I’m getting my copy Wednesday (5/27) if possible and definitely won’t leak it because I don’t own an optical drive to upload the songs anyways. :ladyhaha:

Are printing physicals really still on schedule? I thought I saw someone on here say that they were delayed...

If the album leaks next week, then I will try my absolute best not to listen to it. I might crack within the next day :ladyhaha:, but I'm going to at least try.

That said, if it leaks the week of (i.e. the 27th or something like that), then oh girl, you know I'm going to be bopping out to Babylon, Free Woman, Alice, 911, Enigma, etc, etc, etc :ladyhaha:

Don't waste your energy with those people :kara:, they're not satisfied no matter what.

We are excited for what is to come and that's the most important thing :kara:

I didn't ask for a free ride, I only asked you to show me a real good time.

Nah someone made that up because the signed copies aren’t shipping until August. But the target near me is getting it on release day. It’s possible for something to change though! Since this seems like the most “concept” record she’s done I really wanna listen form start to finish. So Wednesday is the earliest I will allow myself to listen to it

I think he came up with the

Freak out, freak out, freak out

Get down, get down, get down

lyrics.

He loves repetition.

Good point. It's definitely more repetitive than a typical Gaga song (and that's saying something). And that's not a bad thing! The first pre-chorus is so catchy, and a fantastic lead in to the second pre-chorus (all I ever wanted was love).

3 points in and ready for more
