ARTPOP and Joanne can fight for the title of the 'worst' album, but ARTPOP is superior in almost every way. Joanne is a great album, but it's just her worst IMO. I enjoyed Witness more because Katy had a clear focus, the era and promo was amazing, and I loved its sound. So yes, Witness > Joanne. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
