I don't think so. Gaga and Kendrick recorded it together, but his team tried to make changes to the song that Gaga didn't agree to and so it was scrapped. Since it was Fernando (Garibay)'s instrumental, he used it for a Sia song instead and Gaga just used the demo they recorded for artRave as an interlude

I usually play it on headphones first and then play it on speakers or in my car. But sometimes it's the other way round. So it depends. But definitely listen to it on both headphones and speakers to discover the sounds.

ROM video is set in a city street 

All I know is there are shots in a city street, Ariana has wings and the next single/video was going to be SourCandy

Need to appreciate the layers of the instrumentals, listen closely to the lyrics and get wrecked by her vocals

Oh is this how it happened with Kendrick? My understanding was that he was starting to get real popular by himself, and his team didn't want him to associate himself with a pop act like Gaga, fearing it would alienate potential fans. Might be wrong tho 

EDIT: after some research, I saw that Gaga explained it herself on littlemonsters.com and you're right.

I forgot about this, but apparently she posted about it on LM.com at the time

The tracklist for Lamar's album was revealed on October 2, 2012, without "PARTYNAUSEOUS". On October 4, 2012, Gaga posted on Little Monsters a note explaining the situation with the song:

"I apologize to the fans that this situation with Partynauseous is confusing. To it clear it up I must explain this. When I collaborate with an artist i work solely with them, not with their camps or management. Its purely organic and creative. I love Kendrick dearly as a friend, but was not willing to compromise musically to the changes his team was making to my music. This is why I am not his record. I have a very specific vision as a producer and songwriter, and I always have. That song will be released at a different time, for a different project. I love you, and think you should check out his stuff because he is truly great. He's a good kid, its just sometimes a mad city."

Asked about "PARTYNAUSEOUS" by MTV Hive in November of 2012, producer T-Minus confirmed what happened with the song: "From what I understand, it seemed like they [Gaga’s camp] had a direction they wanted to go in and Kendrick and I had a different direction. It just so happened that it didn’t go through. All parties have to agree. I saw it as a great opportunity for Kendrick to get a record from Gaga but if they can’t make that approval then hey, it can’t go through. But the beat is hot as ****. I promise you."

Creative differences ruined another collab

Their version of Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe was so beautiful too  I felt like all collabs she had were cursed at this point. There's a reason she isn't on OTHER peoples albums. She really does care too much for the end product of a song to risk putting it into someone elses hands, which isn't really a bad thing, but it sucked in these situations.
