Talking about Free Woman

According to Admin the song is shorter than the leak so...

It means something is missing

Which part do you want to get removed from the song?

I would say the "be be be be free free free" :poot:sorrynotsorry

Babylon doesn't have a commercial sound. I don't see it being a single tbh, no matter how much she may love it or it may become a fan favorite

The "I'm a free womaaaaaan, I'm a free womaaaaan, I'm a free wommmmaaaeaeaen"

repeats THREE TIMES, I can bet they will leave it only once or twice

You should be sorry because that's literally the best part of the song :triggered: the whole last minute and 10 seconds is

Thank you! and yes, lets let the music itself speak, and see how it connects to the visual part :)

Ughhh I can't wait for that! I know we're only 8 days away from ROM, but the wait is more unbarable the closer it gets. I do wonder how the cyberpunk / anime aesthetic connects to the album if all songs are more or less standard 90s house with a bit of synth here and there. I don't like it when visuals oversell the actual thing.

Multi-colour is always a great go-to for pop music. Most pop artwork, videos and performances use multi-colour.

But it's definitely very unfair saying minimalism is just an excuse for being unimaginative. Minimalism is an actual aesthetic and can often be breathtakingly beautiful if done right. Look at car adverts, perfume campaigns, fashion runways. (Also Bad Romance and Alejandro are decent examples of well-used minimalism in pop). Less is always usually more, (but not with pop artwork so much).

Actually, I think the 'less is more' approach works perfectly with pop. Some people think that mindlessly throwing together as many colors and symbols as possible makes something pop, but that's just kitsch (I use that word very carefully, but I feel like it fits here). Working with a more stripped down set of references is usually really beneficial for a pop artist (if they know just what they want, and execute it properly).
