Free Woman still sounds like my favourite song from this era so far.

Same. I've got the snippet on repeat since it leaked.

Genuine question: how old are you? Not trying to be cocky or arrogant, but have you ever lived through an album cycle before? Most album campaigns have one (sometimes two, and in desperate cases like four or five) single released before the album and all the other ones are released after to keep giving people who haven't bought the record a chance to get into it, find out about it, and maybe be interested enough to purchase it. It has always been like that, like, always. Singles are an album's main mean of promotion, it's publicity, they get sent to radio and music videos are made so that the album gets attention for as long as possible.

Sorry but I'll be 17 in 9 days and I rarely saw it in my life :huntyga: Thanks for the explanation! :teehee:

Not really, there is a build up and it goes nowhere. However I think this is the first verse, which goes straight into the second verse. This would explain the short track length if there were only 2 choruses on the track.

:smh: A chorus doesn’t need to ride a drop. When she says “I’m not nothing without a stead...” that is the chorus. It’s a trend in pop music that first choruses don’t ride a drop, doesn’t make them not a chorus though. Lyrically, you have the first verse ending in electric devotion, then “I say that I want it” being the pre-chorus. :poot: Lol.

These gays think they’re clever by constantly saying there’s no Chorus when obviously there is
