It’s sorta custardy slightly vanilla but slightly musky/gamey and an off note that many would go why are you eating dirty underwear??? It’s a strange fruit indeed. As a child, I hated it. I would prefer jackfruit to durian many times over. Took many many tries for me to like it. The best way for first timers is ice cream. And even then I had a dozen tries.
