@Stef gets everybody to cream themselves over nothing and constantly mentions speaking to her "source", comes back with a bunch of vague information and gets everybody hyped over something like "my source told me Gaga had salmon for lunch. There's 6 letters in salmon, so IMO the album is coming in June." Nothing adds up, nothing makes sense. Everybody takes her word for gospel, when in reality it's just an "I have a friend who has a friend who has a friend" situation. Fans need to start accepting that nobody knows anything. Whatever, you all deserve it.

Do I still think that what she posted was dumb? Yes. She hasn't announced anything this era, that hasn't leaked before. She knows that many people can see right through her "I can't release an album while there are people suffering" thing and many fans are impatiently waiting for an announcement - not me cause I don't expect her to talk to us unless she HAS to - but there is music coming out left and right and of course Gaga lets the hype die down and makes us wait.

If I were in her position, I'd probably not want to interact with many fans either though. I mean, this thread alone is an example of how quickly some fans can turn on you. 

I don't think what she posted was dumb. Y'all wanted her to have more communication, and so she communicated. You said, "Do I still think it's sad, that the woman who used to talk about how much she loves to connect with her fans, now rarely interacts with us & only when she wants to sell us something? Yes..." Well, this is her interacting more with us. Beggars can't be choosers.

I also disagree with, "many people can see right through her, 'I can't release an album while there are people suffering' thing..." Like, she helped set up the One World concert and raised $128mm for COVID-19 relief. That took up so much of her time and effort. If she had delayed her album, but then literally did nothing, I could understand that point, but she wanted to do something to help. Can you blame her for that? She literally has done more than pretty much ANY celebrity. Her delaying the album because of COVID-19 wasn't a facade or an excuse.

i think it was either deliberately ambiguous to create hype, i.e. the rip will get bigger - or she is still doing the promote kindness message, but she intertwines chromatica into it - to show its gonna start and ease anxieties.

I think that she will release album release date when ROM drops - so if its may 22nd she will say album next week. Not sure if they have got anything big planned. i know there is the scooter stream maybe she can promote on there if appropriate

But if y'all want to create this narrative that she hyped all of us for a midnight release, that's on you. Her post does mean good news for Chromatica because I believe that she's trying to tell us that she'll be promoting it soon, but it in no way was supposed to hype you up for a midnight release. 

I’m sorry but I disagree 169% - she doesn’t post at all and then posts at a weird time slot on a Thursday night and her producers tease, her avi changes, and label RT her? It was obviously and clearly meant to hype us. I wasn’t one of the ones having a meltdown, but it’s unfair to paint this narrative that all users are basically idiots because they gathered the several clues that led them to thinking something could come on the first of the month insiders said to expect info and in the beginning of a new tracking week. I didn’t think we were getting a whole damn album but I did think something was coming. That doesn’t mean you or other users should continue to, 12 hours later, belittle monsters for it. Not everyone freaked out and was mad at gaga for it. Stop lumping everyone in together. It’s impossible to have fun on here apparently and get hyped for things without accusations that everyone just drags Gaga.

There are people losing jobs and family members but Gaga fans think they have it bad. I think some people need psychiatric help more than Chromatica.

I'm really convinced that this was supposed to be the start of either revealing the album cover or the tracklist. Imagine the rip getting bigger and bigger each day so you could see a few tracks at a time, or you could slowly see her emerging on the album cover. That would've been so iconic, but these websites had to prematurely leak ****
