People seem to forget how sick of her so many people were at this point. The promo was strong but she was sooo over-exposed it honestly planted the seed for ARTPOP’s underperformance. She’s not Katy Perry; her music is weird and not exactly easy listening. All this did was invite casual observers to the party and proverbially **** on her. Lol

As we have seen, things change quite often, so I’m sure, it was yet another change of plans or maybe the source did not have the final confirmation.
