So as a client she can choose to work with someone else whenever she wants for whatever reason. Like I don't understand what ppl expect of her?? I'm self employed too and if something in my life happened that would no longer allow me to do my work, my clients are not just gonna continue paying me for no reason. Marina and her former manager were more than capable of setting up a schedule for while she was on maternity leave, it’s absolutely not a reason to fire someone. This is a fairly regular occurrence in the work force, maternity leave comes with its benefits and is down side too. There is a PROCESS to being employed and establishing work place responsibilities. Whatever the reason may be, the role of what was expected seems like it couldn’t be filled, for whatever 57 reasons they could give for it. It sucks, but it’s real life. I read all your arguments, from the fact that she's just a client and she maybe had other issues or that this is not even confirmed it's marina.... Not all managers do, of course Troy had an assistant when he was managing the biggest artist on the planet at that time. I can't imagine Marina has a group of assistants and managers on payroll.
