If he sold everything he owns, he would get an estimated 1.3 billion for it. That is how they calculate how much someone is 'worth'. With that being said, he can just say "Oh yeah, I believe my brand is worth 3 billion and not 1 billion as you said' when in fact, it's all estimations and if it came to an actual buy-sell situation, he would probably get less than a billion $ for it...
