For some reason fans searching for leaks and demanding music remind me of young people I see ignoring the social distance regulations and getting together anyway to hang out.

Just have some patience and find something else to occupy you in the meantime. There's plenty of exciting music out there to discover. 

"We need the music" well I don't. Live goes on perfectly without it. There's joy in excitement to be found in other things too. Sure you can be disappointed in the rollout of Chromatica, we all are I guess, but demanding the music to come out on your terms is just selfish and silly to me.

I mean she could only realistically do so much, leaks are inevitable for most artists ESPECIALLY when an album is delayed. I'm sure she knew a leak if not several would happen and honestly we only got 2 more snippets of DEMOS of songs we've already heard so it's not too bad. At the end of the day i think she's the artist and if it doesnt feel right she should delay it (i mean people would be mad either way there's no "right" thing to do other than what feels right to her ya know?)

Lmfao how long have you been here? This is historically untrue. See: the entire ARTPOP era. She kept talking to fans about the album and built up expectations only for fans to trash it in the end, talking to fans only increased hype to an unachievable standard and she's learnt from that.

Like, it doesn't matter that they their door wasn't locked, breaking in and stealing stuff from their house is still wrong! The same thing here. the point is that most of the leaks were not stolen from her computer but leaked bcs they've sent it to a lot of people, gaga said this album she wanted as many people involved , and that they've sent stuff to a lot different producers so its their fault they've been sending stuff around and not expecting  anything to leak

I'm beginning to think that in the next pop album, whoever Gaga decides to work with, they need to work in the studio that she owns herself or by her label and they are only allowed to use the equipment that they provide. If they need to bring in their sample, they will send it to interscope and use them to produce the tracks in the studio. It's probably too much redtape, but how else can the confidential materials be secured?

I was... around. I mean this more to the monsters who think Gaga can just put it on spotify like now, like it's completely her decision rather than a joint one and that it won't mess up the plans she's had to work really hard to change

Sure, the leaks happened because of someone on her team, but yall spreading it like wildfire ain't helping. There are millions of things to do online, most of them free, to help you pass the time and wait for the official release. Stay inside and stop spreading leaks <3

I know I already said this, but I genuinely believe Gaga isn’t dumb enough to release an album with 0 promo. She’s probably preparing promo right now. I saw a comment earlier about how drag queens were even giving full productions in quarantine, Gaga could 100% do the same. But of course it takes time. I’d rather wait an extra 3 weeks for her to do something iconic like release some video or performance to go along with Chromatica rather than having a dry boring album drop thanks to some leaks...

Does this ever happen to Beyonce or Taylor Swift? Genuinely asking, I can’t remember if it has, and I don’t keep up with their new releases. It seems like they’re stricter with their team/music.

 

Also, side note: clearly these leaks have many divided..sometimes I wonder if Gaga could stop the negativity by creating an account and saying something directly to the fanbase? Would it stop anything? Idk...
