Especially given recent events, how it appears that when something leaks, she immediately rushes to release (according to fans). 

Leaking names and photos is far from different then leaking the whole album. There’s no way to predict how she gonna react.

LBR. Tightening law and supervision in GGD won't do much, leaked happen outside this cult site. And as soon as the news broke, most people know where to look. Social media is vast.

Also, many members here are already have their own GGD Whatsapp groups or similiar anyway. If they gonna share dem leaks, they will likely do it there. Cos it is more efficient cos you don't need to PM members one by one.

Not to mention, all the lurkers here, who may or may not be a fan of Gaga, and might just share the leaks discreetly anyway when they got it.
