A Pandemic literally started a week after it was released...no one can even get to a dance floor :sharon:

but again Lady Gaga is halfheartedly leaving a musical project behind

I 100% agree. Its like the fire is not there anymore. I mean starting from the stupid love music video fashion to the no promo . . .

Reject False Icons

She’s been more distant after ARTPOP/C2C and that’s a fact

Few interviews is fine, she hated them as every other consolidated artists.

But she could be more effusive with the fans, with her music, with her past randomness and closeness she used to have

the gagavisions were a step to the right side but even there she used to talk a bit and now nothing

This is incredibly harsh but no one can tell me this song got the promotion it deserved.

I can't with them calling her "it"... :saladga:

Anyway, maybe she wasn't as excited about "Stupid Love" as other tracks, and that could've just been a little teaser to whet our appetites. Also, wasn't she filming videos for other songs after "Stupid Love" came out? Her energy may have been directed elsewhere.

Of course, it's also possible that she's less invested in music right now. Who knows. It's not like she promoted the songs from ASIB either, not even the ones nominated for Grammys, other than "Shallow."

I lowkey agree :smh: There was a period of two or three weeks when she could have done *something* promo-wise. Perfect Illusion  2.0 teas, in terms of perceived effort. Hopefully that will change closer to the album release.
