Well if someone was smart enough to see that ALL Disney sing along performers did not attend "together at home" than you can see it was more than likely a contractual thing with Disney.

"everybody already knew anyway", well people like us who spend hours on GGD and follow Gaga Twitter accounts did, but not the people that just check artist's official channels. In the picture we can see what looks to be a studio, so Ariana posting this on her official channel would be way more confirmation "out in the open".
