I don't need to use them to enjoy it but helps when you bottom and your partner is well hung. As a top I don't recommend it using that much though, it can kill your b0ner. I'll never forget the feeling of orgasms once you exhale it, I honestly felt I was going to have a heart attack. Edit: I've only tried Rush by the way, which is supposed to be the common one and not that strong as the ones you see people use at clubs or that have made it a regular hobbie.
