ARUTW would've been so beautiful because the song sings about cherishing a special moment in life, like what together at home was :flutter:

Seeing all these songs in the poll i realised how many of them would be ideal for that show!

Okay, ARUTW would be magical, The edge of glory is a great fit too and Million Reasons! Even the Cure would be great in acoustic version like the intro of The AMA'S (From JWT) performance. And she didnt sing any of them, but i'm still ok with Smile and Prayer.

I think she did the right thing.  The songs were appropriate, and she wouldn't want to self-promote when the event was all about people involved with the virus, not about her.   I know other artists sang their own songs, but as the event organizer she wouldn't want to look like she organized it as an opportunity to promote herself.

I live outside the space time continuum.

Finally a Little Manager who is good at reading the needs and the implications that come along with his job :applause:

Imagine what people would have said if she sang Stupid Love. I already saw plenty of articles stating how artists are doing shameless self-promotion.

AND,

Smile was perfect. She sang it wonderfully, the message was cute AND it actually made me smile :fan:
