That is just not a thing and I really don't know where people got this (false) information from and how it keeps persisting even after it is explained time and time again that it does not work that way. You are granted 10 more downloads in case have multiple devices or accidentally delete your files from your device. What IS true is that you should at least claim ONE download when you are purchasing a digital bundle. Not saying that you shouldn't get you full money's worth of downloads, but downloading all 10 does not boost Gaga's sales. It only boosts the file size of your music collection on your hard drives.
