Look: 9- When you click on download, a new page will open. in some cases you are entitled to multiple downloads, if this is the case its important that you download it every 10 times. Open the page, click on "Download", close the page and repeat this until "0 Downloads Remaining" appears. I took that as 1 sale can mean either 10 or 1? Or not? Since I cannnot redeem it myself is it possible to send the code as a gift to some other US monsters for them to redeem it to count for the BB100?! All I think this means is that you are entitled to multiple downloads per sale, so all 10 downloads whether or not you use them still count as part of 1 sale.
