You seem very upset and not concerned with actual facts and in no position to actually have a conversation. 

You can try googling COVID-19 test kits and you will see they are being developed. I cannot find anything that says WHO even has them or how they are being processed in labs...

I already said we didn't ask for kits not that we declined the offer. Imagine being in a car wreck and bleeding out through a wound. What is worse, not calling 911 because you wrapped a rag around the wound or declining aid from an EMT because you wrapped a rag around the wound?

Your first f off reply to me said the US refused, which is not true. That article reads like an opinion piece and doesn't cite sources. A lot of journalism is very opinion nowadays without sources and the news outlets push as fact.

The WHO should not be responsible for providing tests to developed countries with economies able to produce their own tests in the first place. 

Secondly, it would’ve been irresponsible for the US to take WHO tests, as they should be deployed to developing countries unable to mass produce their own tests.
