codymonster 8,491
Gimme Shelter would be fine. But I love Paint It Black more for her. I never thought about that song  Eff, I would die
gakbga 0
I wonder why Gaga hasn't commented on the shooting..... I was thinking this same thing. I hope she does because it is so tragic and it's nice to have people pay respect and send condolences. I remember all of the comforting words she said about Hurricane Sandy. Americano 31,061
I wonder why Gaga hasn't commented on the shooting..... I don't think it's fair to say everyone needs to be public about their feelings of the situation. Edited December 15, 2012 by Bryan

pink sushi 4,351
I don't think it's fair to say everyone needs to be public about their feelings of the situation. That's true...but I think it would be nice of her to at least acknowledge the situation, since she's such a well known person and has so many followers on Twitter. She doesn't have to go into detail about how she feels, but a simple "RIP to all the victims of the shooting" would be nice... Not even acknowledging something like this comes across as pretty rude to me...... :fat:

I'm not saying she hasn't heard about this but stop acting like she intentionally ignores it, she JUST got back home from touring and is performing with The Rolling Stones tonight. I'm sure she will tweet about this later like she did to the missing girl in Colorado.

Not exactly breaking headline news world wide... She might have just gotten back, but this has been making headlines worldwide for the past day. She's surely been online at least once in the past 24 hours or has been around people who have acknowledged the event. This isn't something that someone wouldn't have heard of by now unless they haven't been online, watched tv, or been around anyone who has for the past 24 hours... My roommate told me:"Yeah that's horrible" when I talked to her about the mass shooting and immediately went back to laugh at her lame comedy dramas. You can't imply she must be informed just by people surrounding her. If she did hear about it and doesn't want to tweet, at least that's still better than writing something like this Kim Kardarshian @kimkadarshian In total shock over the school shooting in Ct! 18 children shot dead & 9 adults by a father of one of the kids! What has this world come to And how can you call her rude when she has tweeted about many issues in the past? The election, the missing little girl, Sandy, Bin Laden ect. while this mass shooting incident is worse/ more important than some of those things combined. Americano 31,061
So because she's famous she has to be held to a different standard? I never posted on Twitter or Facebook about it.
MikelAS 239
It's getting ridiculous that people are now expecting her to speak out on every issue and world event. Maybe she doesn't feel she has much to say about the event, did you think of that? Simply saying "RIP Victims" like everyone else would do nothing whatsoever except give people a reason to say "OMG Mommy Monster is so kind and generous.... Mother Teresa of our generation, tbh!" Edited December 16, 2012 by MikelAS

emiher 2
Just because someone (especially a celebrity) doesn't tweet their genuine or ungenuine concern over every single tragedy that happens currently, doesn't mean they don't care. It really bugs me that people are making a big deal about it I mean, I haven't heard a tweet from Katy Perry about it and nobody is ragging on her.... Get over yourselves people
