I never expected him to win anyway tbh, his ideas and promises wouldn't even be able to be kept because the senate wouldn't allow half of his ideas to come to fruition. And Biden is an awful candidate, the only person who could've been on Trump's level to bash his ego down was Warren.

i'm honestly hoping that this is a good sign for bernie. i mean, he was never actually going to win the nomination so i hope that this means he was able to bargain for more influence over biden's policies.

But if Biden looses Bernie supporters will talk as if Bernie would win as a fact the same way they did with Hillary even tho no one can claim to be sure about anything

Hopefully he can win over some of you before November. There is so much at stake, and even though Biden wasn't my first choice, I would gladly crawl through broken glass to vote Trump out of office.

so true. first of all, i think people forget that trump is still a re-election president. it's historically always been harder to win against a sitting president.

also, regardless if biden or bernie was the nominee, it would have been hard because to win because you need to unite the whole (okay, majority) of the party again. It's obviously tough for Biden now to win the Bernie supporters. But it also would have been super hard for Bernie to win the more generally centrist Biden supporters. that's unfortunately the objective reality.
