It's a joke, and I'm not bothered by it, but it just shows how celebs are navigating minefields any time they talk about what's going on. In contrast, our Lady answered perfectly when she told Jimmy how privileged she is in her quarantine and brought up those who are facing more difficult circumstances.

All these celebs who say they are alone probably all have housekeepers and chefs staying with them. Catherine zeta Jones did a live a couple of weeks ago and implied it was just her, Michael Douglas and 2 kids there and talked about how they were "managing".. Next thing she rang down for some "Maria" person to come get her puppy and bring him fir a walk..

Like, when Gaga talks about recognizing the privledge celebrities have, that's fine and good, but this doesn't fall in that category. Ellen's not being serious when she said that her self-isolation experience is just like being in jail. If that was the case, I could completely understand the backlash, but this is unnecessary.
