I don’t see the issue. The issue lies with the people perceiving it as “romanticizing domestic violence” liiike nobody said it was domestic violence BUT them. He could’ve got in a fight or sum like Chile 😒

James Charles doesn't care about other people or the fact that what he does is reaching people's mind. That is a fact. But he is not the only one to do so. You people who are defending him need to see that being him, there is an entire community who are following this trend, a new generation that thinks this is cool. 

And then in the end, one day, if they see someone who's been abuse, what will be their reaction? Will it be cool for them? Your actions have consequences. It's time to grow the f up. 

 

The amount of backflips you did typing all this... If a FAKE mugshot photo of someone with FAKE bruises triggers you then you probably have bigger issues to focus on.

James Charles is more popular than he is via social media so it only makes sense it would spread further. Not as many people know Ezra but everything James does blows up... Unfortunately

They cancel everyone for everything and it never works. They just make people more famous by feeding them social media engagement which is how they make money.

Is he actually f*cking stupid?! This is the same guy who also supports violence towards people he don't like I don't doubt for a second, that he might not take something like domestic abuse seriously. 

Also I'm just tired of James Charles. He has proven countless times that he's trash, starting with his Africa ebola comment. But yet he's still around, he still has fans and he still thinks he's Gods gift to humanity, just because he's able to do makeup and has a nice (heavily photoshopped) ass.

I agree Twitter usually reaches with their cancelling culture, but I also think this is a distasteful challenge that shouldn't be promoted by anyone. Let alone someone with that much influence. Like many other challenges. Remember that pod challenge?

Let's not forget the ice cream licking challenge either. People were literally opening ice cream in stores then licking it and putting it back. Then started getting arrested because they literally slapped the evidence ONLINE.

That one indeed. Putting themselves in danger for some likes. And then we're supposed to be sorry if they get poisoned?

I didn't know about that other challenge, but gurl that's just plain disrespectful and gross.

But not all challenges are bad. The mannequin challenge was fun, the Ice Bucket challenge was great too. But that mugshot one... That's not it at all.
