Since you (presumably) live in a country with freedome of speech you are free to share your opinion about his policy as much as you want. That doesn't mean you have to shove it down everybody's throat when a. the man is fighting for his live and b. people with other opinions than you are worried about him. As much as I agree he has made many mistakes, it doesn't add anything to talk about that right now. Let alone wishing for him to die. What if someone you look up to falls ill? Would you like people writing about all the things they don't like about him or even how deserved his death would be?
