The late 2010's is: Halsey, Dua Lipa, Ariana Grande, Lizzo and Billie Eilish. I said what I said.

Also I'm a Billie fan but I really wouldn't call her a pop girl. She is an alternative artist, she's not gonna get on the stage and SERVE anytime soon.

i mean she’s one of the most popular artists atm and, besides, her music is a lot more pop than people care to admit. bad guy and you should see me in a crown are straight up electropop. wish you were gay is a pop ballad. etc

That mid 2000s list seems very bland...  And let's not even talk about mid 2010s :billie:

Woow the Power that Beyoncé and Britney had huh? Like they just look so powerful and fearless back then. I see that same fire in Dula peep. Katy and Gaga are close too but they don't have that popstar aura. Gaga is more like eccetric rockstar and Katy is always in between not tomato or potato.

I'm older than most of you, so I'm going to go with late 90s/early 2000s because I was actually alive then (and an adult) and can tell you there was nothing like that time for girls in pop music.

Yes, Gaga was a game-changer, but if you're talking about a group of women as a whole, Britney-Christina-Beyoncé-Pink represented a special era.

Gaga, Katy and Rihanna’s peaks are the highest out of all of these so that tbh

Ma’am, I think you’ve underestimated:

@omen my comment wasn’t funny? The three ladies I mentioned are the highest selling females from that list.

Oh and that alone makes them the greatest generation? Sales? Ok. I get your point. Taking back my LMAO. Sorry

Britney, Madonna, Shakira, Pink, Mariah, Beyonce, Christina, J-lo, the list goes on...

so many iconic moments with massive stars back in 2000s :bradley: i am yet to see an era with such iconic moments.

Also shouldn’t Taylor be in the mid 10s category? And grande also in the late 10s

I said their peaks are the highest. Gaga achieved the best selling female era of all time in the US with her peak. Katy had 6 #1s from one album and Rihanna—where do I even begin.

I connect most with late 00s and early 10s because I grew up listening to these artists but I’m going with late 90s - early 00s
