I think somebody mentioned that the store that obtained the image did so through official/legal access, with such being likely because of UMG probably forgetting to revoke access to the image during this time (one week before initial release date, assuming that the cover would have been revealed by then). There's this private distributor website where online stores go to get their materials for the release.. They got it from there, not from Gaga herself..
