The other stores (UK, DE, AU, CA) are not powered by Shopify. The shop platform is chosen by the local department of UMG (e.g. Universal Music Group Deutschland for the DE store). This is why every country's shop looks different: each shop has separate designers. Some direct URLs still show the uploaded coverart as it has been cached server-side. It doesn't actually exist anymore and will be removed when the cache expires. The image URL that has been referenced in this thread was uploaded at 23:00:18 GMT on Saturday.
