It looks like how PAPER was shot. Her actually posing for a photo but then it being rendered digitally to give more of a technological-y look. Looking at her face and body it looks very "fake" but very real in a weird way. Like thats for sure a picn of her, but something is different. Its more digital, and it looks like there's stuff covering her legs. The thigh looks airbrushed (look at the hip, there's still a black spot there). You can see both tattoos are her arms tho.
