I've supported her since 2008 like most of you, I'm the kind of fan who is almost never disapointed about the things she releases. I always apreciate her art but she is going just too far. She doesn't act like an artist anymore, I can't believe that effing Dua Lipa with her 0% personality could make her album promo work even with this pandemic happening. I want my favorite singer/Artist to SING AND MAKE ART, not acting like she could do more than lots of scientist and doctors who are doing their best.

Did you forget about the entire Born This Way foundation, or the plethora of other charitable things she has done? To accuse Gaga of trying to present herself as some sort of messiah is completely ludicrous and false.

Anyways, what you seemingly don't understand is that her ENTIRE team is on lockdown right now. Gaga cannot do promotion for Chromatica the way she originally intended. I also don't think that she would necessarily be fine with promoting an album when she can create immediate/tangible impact by partnering with WHO, various charities, supplying hospitals with equipment,etc. Sure the music would totally raise some people's spirits, and help them persevere through this stressful time, but it would not have the same impact as the examples I just gave.

Gaga is undeniably a philanthropist as well, regardless of what you may think.

we don't need entertainment. our entire world is dealing with the most catastrophic series of events in our lifetime. you don't put out a dance album while people are dying and suffering beyond measure. this isn't the time for her to go commercial and push her new album. And entertainment is not what she does best... problem solving, innovation, and uniting people is what she does best.
