I am Asian and this is just my opinion.

I think because Asian do more skincare routines, even men. Many people doesn't like the sun shining directly on them, so they use umbrellas, sunscreen and prefer standing under the shade. (sunlight favours skin aging) While people in the west love spend their days on the beach. Also, westerners tend to have more expressions which also leave skin wrinkles. And.... Asian men tend to shave all the time and western men loves growing facial hair …if that make sense?

Althought avoiding sun exposure at all costs is not particularly healthy. Probably not worth somewhat reduced rate of ageing
