Some need to understand that donating and funding doesn’t have to be public and announced to the heavens like so many celebs do. Just because Gaga is silent doesn’t mean she’s not helping in some way.

She can do donations to research or to people who are struggeling right now financially or psychologically due to the pandemic by providing them with certain needs. It's not the first time she helps out during disasters. Just think about the Californian fires or the hurricane disasters......
