Like, who thought this was okay? Obviously, diversity and inclusivity is important, but this is not the right way to go about it. My philosophy when it comes to making diverse characters is to make sure you write a good character FIRST, and then worry about making them diverse. 

I think having non-binary characters is great! I wish there were more LGBTQ+ characters; however, this is just not the way to go about it.

This only does a disservice to the LGBTQ+ community and those who want more representation and diversity in comics. The "Anti-SJW" comic book fans think that THIS is what diversity and representation is. This isn't what it should be, though.
