And I mean, I can see the inspiration, FN is very COADF, the whole modern retro/disco vibe and visuals. But I wouldn’t say it’s a copy. Dua did cite Madonna as one of the inspirations for this album. But the problem with Born This Way was that when asked about the similarities she actually said the inspiration was Whitney and that a lot of the late 80s stuff sound the same. Gaga was hated because back in the day her success was way too huge , compared to that Dua is just one of the other random new pop girl of the moment.
