Will people say "Battle for you life" is in poor taste?

I'm not saying I find it in poor taste. But the world is full of idiots and pop stars such as Gaga (Taylor is another big example) tend to fall victim to stuff like this.

People are battling for their lives everyday regardless of coronavirus

If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating.

No.

This is just like the idiotic people who were crying about Die Young by Ke$ha being on the radio after the school shooting in CT in 2012.

It was idiotic but it did happen. The song tanked after the shooting.

Oh my god, are u serious? Don’t panic over everything. If anything it has a positive/optimistic spin.

It’s like saying Blinding lights is such a flop because it offends the blind community. Don’t obsess over things

The album was most likely finished by April 2019 and this song in particular could've been written or recorded even earlier. It's an inspirational phrase at its core as well.

If anything, it's timely, because people are battling for their lives.

Not as bad taste as Madonna waving a (fake) gun around during a show, not even a week after a school shooting.

the reach chile :air:

an actual lyric in poor taste would be “Harvey’s in the Sky with diamonds and he’s making me crazy” and Lana retired that song because of what happened

Unfortunately that's what cancel culture does. They twist the real intent behind someone's words to mean something negative.
