And Justin Bieber has has 13, not 11. (again, counting features). I count features because most major music platforms do. For example, Britney Spears has 4 #1 singles on the Hot 100, but Billboard stresses that she has 5 because of her inclusion on the S&M remix with Rihanna. It's the same principle I'm using here.
