Just for the record A quien le importa? by Thalia peaked at number 6 on the Billboard Latin chart on March 28th 2003 while Paulina Rubio had  Todo mi amor peaked at number 5 in the Billboard Latin and number 2 at the Latin Pop chart on November 1st of 2002. 

Besides Paulina Rubio has had

and Thalia had had

Gurl, who cares, I don't give a crap about either . I'm not a Thalia fan, nor I am a Paulina fan. 

If anything, musically wise, I always liked Paulina's songs better than Thalia's . I couldn't care less who sold more, whatever. 

But if I have to compare both their Alaska covers... . Thalia's is just more fun, Paulina's cover is just "meh" .
