Are you going to include a recording studio in your villa? I read an article one time from like a real-estate website describing Gaga's Malibu mansion and the setup... The article was a lot like this one but it had some other details https://www.mydomaine.com/lady-gaga-malibu-home https://brobible.com/entertainment/music/article/lady-gaga-frank-zappa/ The Malibu mansion has surprisingly few guest bedrooms (and she converted some of them to closets and wardrobe archives) plus the guest cottage which she converted to security HQ that is not attached to the house. The Zappa house is the one with the staff apartment, 2 guest houses, and all the guest rooms.
