REALITY 80,161
You know what, I'm also blaming young people on Bernie's lack of success. Like, why are y'all not voting?! You blast out on Twitter about being "woke" and progressive, but when it comes to actual change, you guys don't do anything. I've lost so much faith in my generation 𝔗𝔥𝔢 𝔪𝔬𝔫𝔰𝔱𝔢𝔯 𝔱𝔬𝔯𝔢 𝔞𝔴𝔞𝔶 𝔦𝔱𝔰 𝔪𝔞𝔰𝔨 𝔞𝔫𝔡...𝔦𝔱𝔰 𝔣𝔞𝔠𝔢 𝔴𝔞𝔰 𝔪𝔦𝔫𝔢.

First post was about an endorsement, the second about people voting for candidates unlike the ones they originally voted for. Reading comprehension is important, folks. nathantj594 902
Okay I’ve been relatively silent on this topic since the beginning because I believe democrats can’t afford to eat each other alive and expect to still beat Trump. But after tonight, specially in Michigan, how can you Bernie supporters say the DNC is handing this to Biden? Bernie won Michigan in 2016 with +14 of the white vote. Tonight he got -6 with whites in Michigan. That’s a 20 point swing against him in his most stable demographic. He even lost to Biden among non-college-educated whites. How is the DNC fixing this for Biden when more people in Bernie’s demographics are voting Biden? Not to mention the black vote...which is probably the most important part of the Democratic demographic outside of poor whites. Which are voting for Biden too. The youth vote has gone down since 2016. Bernie isn’t getting the vote he got 4 years ago. The people aren’t voting for him. Especially the people in the important demographics. How exactly is the DNC cheating for Biden? And Paula Abdul ain’t got [BLEEP] on me!

What're you talking about? I'm referring to CNN and NBC and the such. That is what people are watching in their homes. And then you want to claim progressives lost super tuesday without the establishment's interference..? You want to pretend that ALL the major candidates dropping out and supporting Biden, all the crazy wonderful stories about his win in a state that will most definitely vote conservative in the general, is not interference? I'm frankly amazed Bernie was able to stand his ground and not be smothered yet. The most that can do is drag boomer voters away from him. Bernie's core is young people, the ones that use the internet and dont depend on TV media, and their turnout isnt only abysmal, but is less than in 2016, Bernie did waaaay better against Hillary than against Biden, which tells me there were more anti-hillary than pro-bernie, and that Bernie didnt win voters in 4 years. If we were looking at a case where Biden was winning by just a few thousand votes, and where youth turnout reflected how loud they are online, I would be agreeing with you that interference played a part, but the results are not even close, it really looks like Biden didnt even need that "interference" to win. REALITY 80,161
Yeah, Biden's winning the nomination. Even if Bernie does have a strong debate performance, it's too going to be too little too late. Welp...it's been a long run folks, but unfortunately, I do think this spells the end of Bernie Sanders's campaign 𝔗𝔥𝔢 𝔪𝔬𝔫𝔰𝔱𝔢𝔯 𝔱𝔬𝔯𝔢 𝔞𝔴𝔞𝔶 𝔦𝔱𝔰 𝔪𝔞𝔰𝔨 𝔞𝔫𝔡...𝔦𝔱𝔰 𝔣𝔞𝔠𝔢 𝔴𝔞𝔰 𝔪𝔦𝔫𝔢. Franch Toast 27,737
FYI, I was a Warren supporter who voted for Bernie, and I know many Warren supporters who did the same or are planning to do the same. And I'm a woman, so I'm not a "Bernie bro." If Biden gets the nomination, I will vote for him in the general election. I vote in a swing state, so this is important. By the way, I hate these projections when they don't even have 50% of the results in. Does no one remember the Bush-Gore Florida debacle of 2000?
