I'm not dismissive of the fight, I supported Bernie in that fight, but after tonight it's over. Biden was picked by the most voters and he's soon to be our nominee. We have one shot at this now, and Biden is our guy.

I agree here... Bernie supporters have every right to support him … but the majority seems to favor Biden now.. so get behind him as to help him oust the crum we have in the white house now …

Biden will certainly be a better pres. than Trump … even if you liked Bernie better. ….

like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still. My words give a clue, look inside to see whats true

Can’t wait for progressives to be blamed for Biden’s loss even tho we’ve been yelling from the roof tops he's an incredibly flawed and vulnerable candidate 💕💕

Self reflection? Moderates can’t speak that.

Not here for the "Trump will easily win" rants that I see here, Twitter, etc. without acknowledging the clear strategy for Dems winning in November.

Dems are ignoring the black voters. Voters that are finally coming out in big waves in 2020. They will save our @sses once again.

Also, 4 million more voters than compared to the 2016 primary at the same point in the race. Keep your heads up. This is why Dems lose. We give in too quickly. This isn't 2016. It's a whole new race.

And if trump wins, all those things they care about, will be impossible, the supreme court will go Republican, if teaching the DNC a lesson is more important to you than stopping trump, then you are a fake progressive, as progressive values will never ever touch the government  again if trump wins.

It took Mexico 18 years to get their Sanders like politician to win the presidency, it took him 3 attempts. "Movements/Revolutions" like these take time to build up, you cant expect everyone to jump behind those ideas in a heartbeat, but you certainly should throw a tantrum and let the system **** up your chances to get there at some point, and thats what trump will do.

I already stated that I would vote for Biden so no need to get aggressive. However I'm saying it's also a valid point of view to view at such: lately the position has shifted from right to left (-relatively- progressive obama won after a failed right wing govt, very right wing trump won after progressive obama...) and not from right/left to moderate. So shifting from moderate to progressive would be harder than shifting from far right to progressive since that would be fueled by a big drive just like trump's campain was.

People are cautious because in 2016 most of us were sure Hillary would win and she did not.

But the path to win is there, here's to seeing if it happens.

Again, congratulationz Neoliberals (+ Conservatives in spirit but Democrats on paper & election-interfering Tories)! Gurls, you have done it again. To the many of you who aren't American, we are celebrating with you in spirit. Trump is def going to win now, but that's OK because Biden hates poor people getting healthcare just as much. As he should! At least my gurl Kim K now has 4 more years to reverse the disastrous effects of Biden's 26-year-long mass incarceration nightmare. Absolutely ecstatic for U, Ms. Kim! (You too, Ms. Kim Jung, don't worry!:saira:) Keep up the good fight and looking forward to Ye 2024.

With lots of LUV and lack of healthcare,

Buddy

I agree, but people also need to look at data and stats too. Something I didn't do in 2016. And if I had, I probably wouldn't have seen Hillary winning. And that's why I remain optimistic for 2020. As long as Biden can keep and build the Obama coalition, persuade the 6+million third voters(4+million increase in 2016) to vote Blue, etc. he has a good chance. Let us all remember that Hillary may have won by 3 million votes, but she lost by 77k in WI, MI and PA. And with 65% reporting, MI already has a 1.1 million turnout compared to 1.2 total in 2016. Voters are fired up. And we need to keep that momentum. Enough infighting.

Also, the Obama's need to come out and campaign hard. That'll be huge.

It's also important to take a look at the GOP turnout which is also higher in some places. It's gonna a nail bitter in November.

Sis I’m so sorry Bernie isn’t winning, and it’s clear you’re hurting rn. Take a breather. Log off. Do something you love to do. Maybe take an early sleep. I need you to be happy and healthy for the next election cycle, when we have even more power than last time :vegas:

Maybe we'll get livable wages and a decent healthcare system if we're still here in 4-8 years :fail: I mean the "if" for so many different reasons.
