If Gaga decides or is forced to cancel her meet & greets and maybe even her shows, I'm sure they'll be refunded. But when will we know?

I understand your fears. I'm not going this spring, but when I went in December, I remember thinking how much money I'd lose if she cancelled for some reason, not only on the hotel and flights (which probably could've been refunded or exchanged for credit), but also because I'd booked other shows while I was there. 

Sending lots of good thoughts that this situation is soon under control. They probably won't make a decision on whether to cancel until closer to the dates as I'm sure they're assessing the situation. If you buy your hotel and flight before then, maybe try to book refundable tickets? With air tickets that's more challenging because refundable ones tend to be super pricy, but the airlines are usually nice about giving you credit if you have to cancel a ticket for a good reason (I would say the coronavirus is one such good reason). 

The other thing to keep in mind is depending on where you're coming from in Europe, you might be required to self-quarantine for two weeks. Right now, I think this is only required for a handful of countries, but things could change by late April/early May. I'm so sorry. I hate this virus so much.
