I decided to check it for before sleeping just to see few funny comments but when I entered there, I was literally laughing the whole time. GGD at its best. Almost everyone was having meltdown, I laughed and enjoyed for good one hour and had a nice sleep.

I don't really even care about charts, but there is a lot of historical revisionism with some "fans" when it comes to her chart history (Bad Romance says hello). It's baffling to see them lose their sh*t and act like a top ten hit is "bad", especially when a lot of Gaga's contemporaries aren't doing nearly as well. Some people spend way, way too much time on stan twitter or caught up in stan wars.

Anyway, it's quite remarkable...imo Gaga is at her "critical" peak now (she still has fantastic commercial success, but not at the level of TFM/BTW) and not her "commercial" peak...and she's still doing close to the chart numbers of her past during her commercial peak. For example, I read a write up today and it said The Edge of Glory debuted at #3. It's even more remarkable when you consider she has terrible streaming #s.

*I spent five minutes googling Gaga after seeing the mess on here (and read two write ups)....and I all I saw were positive headlines.  A couple about how she was one of only handful of artists to have top ten hits in three different decades (which is crazy, but technically right since the '00s, '10s, and '20s have been during her career). So of course some monsters are pressed.....
