Yes I do think you have to have talent to be in the music industry. :awkney:

If The Heist sells well and they have another Top 10 hit I may not write them off as a one hit wonder.

You think you have to be talented to be successful?

You have a lot to learn.

You do have to be at least a little bit talented to be successful. You can't be successful without having something to work with. We're going off topic, so I'm not going to continue this discussion. :)

Not here for this Ke$ha shade. Honestly, she has a better voice than Katy. Just because she isn't as successful or chooses to use digital effects on her vocals doesn't mean she isn't talented. Take a look at some of her songs that are just pure Ke$ha vocal. The girl can really sing.

Her voice is the same range as Katy and Rihanna. Except she looks like trash compared to them. I like some of her music but in no way is she anything special

And Katy and Rihanna are? Rihanna's the one flaunting around like a ***** more than Ke$ha. And they're music is special? Especially Katy - the must bubblegum generic pop to ever hit #1 5 times in a row. I just don't see why Ke$ha, quality-wise, gets treated like a lessor. She was making pop-rap before Nicki or anyone else was. If anything, she's the least generic of the bunch.

Guys, can we take the Ke$ha talk elsewhere? :awkney:

(nick4btw, I agree with you)

Ke$ha better than Rihanna and Katy?  :wtf:

People don't even know her, just 1 or 3 of her songs  :toofloppy:
