heavymlover 340
I like Justin Timberlake, but the album is quite disappointing to be completely honest. It doesn't deserve its metacritic score. His previous albums are better.

Dangerous Man 9,245
MID-WEEKS: JT MAKING HISTORY "20/20 Experience" Will Have Decade's Fifth-Biggest Bow; Musgraves, Expanded "Les Mis" Also Debut March 21, 2013 It just keeps getting bigger. As of now, it appears that Justin Timberlake will score the fifth-biggest debut of this decade, behind only two Taylor Swift albums (1.2m, 1.05m) and one each from Lady Gaga and Lil Wayne (1.1m, 964k). The killer bow of The 20/20 Experience will also give Sony Music four of the Top 10 biggest debuts since 2010. Here's how it looks headed into the weekend: *Justin Timberlake (RCA) 800-850k Bruno Mars (Atlantic) 37-42k Luke Bryan (Capitol Nashville) 35-40k *Kacey Musgraves (Mercury Nashville) 35-40k Bon Jovi (Island/IDJ) 32-37kP!nk (RCA) 29-33k *Les Miserables (Republic) 25-28kRihanna (Def Jam/IDJ) 24-27k Mumford & Sons (Glassnote) 24-27k Imagine Dragons (Interscope) 24-27k David Bowie (Columbia) 21-24k Now 45 (Capitol) 21-24kMacklemore & Ryan Lewis (Macklemore) 19-22k Fun. (Atlantic) 19-22k Florida Georgia Line (Big Machine/Republic Nashville) 18-21k * Debuts oh look. My two male faves are slaying both album and single charts. Remus 54
I rarely wishes a song to flop, but if there's a song in the charts right now that I want to flop, it should be 22, because Taylor destroyed her country image with that sellout track. Not here for that cheap teenbop song.
ryhanna 3,507
People really seem to be talking about this album. And it's all positive. It's weird, because I don't necessarily like it, but people who don't even like this style of music are saying they love it. I guess that's the upside of being Justin Timberlake - he could put out the ****tiest of **** albums and it would still sell over 500,000 in its first week. It's cool to like JT, because he's cool and his music is cool. It's sad, but it has a lot less to do with the actual music than it does the man behind it. I have to admit, S&T made me very apprehensive about buying the album. I love JT, and I've been so thirsty for new music, but S&T definitely wasn't what I was expecting from him, and especially not after such a long break, and especially not as a lead single. But having bought the album and listened to it a few times, I genuinely do love it. It's not the kind of music I was expecting him to put out, and I'm not expecting any of the singles to do very well, but it's just a really great album in my opinion. I am hoping that the second volume 20/20 has more commercial songs, but I'd be fine if it didn't. It's just not album made for radio, I guess. It's a little like Born This Way, in the sense that it's bound to please the core fan base and people who enjoy that kind of music, but other than that it's a little polarising.
